As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will join our high-performing team, delivering exceptional service and tailored travel solutions to our corporate clients.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with a specific Corporate client to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice.
- Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and rail.
- Proactively anticipate traveller needs and recommend value-added services and solutions.
- Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, supplier requirements, and industry regulations.
- Utilise Travelit (training provided where required).
- Deliver a seamless, end-to-end travel experience with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle special requests, changes, and disruptions with professionalism and urgency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver consistent value.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum qualification of Matric AND Travel Diploma.
- At least 10 years experience as a travel consultant.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service with a proactive mindset.
- Proven experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS Platform.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve travel-related challenges efficiently.
- A team player who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- A high level of integrity and commitment to handling sensitive traveller information.
