As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will join our high-performing team, delivering exceptional service and tailored travel solutions to our corporate clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult with a specific Corporate client to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice.
  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and rail.
  • Proactively anticipate traveller needs and recommend value-added services and solutions.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, supplier requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Utilise Travelit (training provided where required).
  • Deliver a seamless, end-to-end travel experience with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle special requests, changes, and disruptions with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver consistent value.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum qualification of Matric AND Travel Diploma.
  • At least 10 years experience as a travel consultant.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS Platform.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve travel-related challenges efficiently.
  • A team player who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • A high level of integrity and commitment to handling sensitive traveller information.
